Coffee and tea counter homeware — drippers, glass servers, mugs, infusers, trays, canisters and small organisers. We sell physical goods only and do not sell coffee, tea, food or any consumable.

All prices and shipping charges are shown in US Dollars (USD). Your bank converts to your local currency if needed.

We dispatch within 1–2 business days. Delivery is roughly 2–4 days in the UK and 7–16 days internationally depending on destination. Full detail is on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Yes — orders over $55 qualify for free standard shipping where shown.

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days. Food-contact items are limited once used, for hygiene reasons. See the Returns & Refunds page for the full policy.

Glass and ceramic items are fragile. Email support@candersonph.shop within 48 hours with a photo and your order number, and we will arrange a free replacement or refund.

Hand wash heat-safe glass and glazed ceramic with warm water and a soft cloth, and avoid sudden temperature changes or direct flame. Each product page lists its own care and heat guidance.

Payment is processed securely by our providers (such as Stripe and PayPal). We never see or store your full card details on this site.

Yes. Offices, cafes, hotels and property managers can request volume pricing through our bulk & trade form.
