What currency are your prices in?+
All prices on candersonph.shop are shown in US Dollars (USD). The amount you see is the amount you pay, before any shipping shown at checkout.
How do I pay?+
Payment is taken securely at checkout through trusted payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
If your order has not yet shipped we can usually change or cancel it. Email support@candersonph.shop as soon as possible with your order number.
Shipping & delivery
Where do you ship from and to?+
We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom, including the US, Canada, Europe and Australia.
How much is shipping?+
Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination. Orders over $55 qualify for free standard shipping. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
How long will delivery take?+
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery is usually 5–8 business days (US & most international destinations).
Will I have to pay customs or duties?+
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?+
Unused, unopened items can be returned within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, food-contact items cannot be returned once opened. See the full Returns & Refund Policy.
My glass item arrived damaged — what do I do?+
We are sorry about that. Email a photo to support@candersonph.shop within 48 hours and we will arrange a free replacement or refund.
Products & care
What are your products made from?+
Depending on the item, we use food-grade materials such as soda-lime or borosilicate glass, bamboo, BPA-free plastic, food-grade silicone, and powder-coated steel. The exact materials are listed on each product page.
Are your containers dishwasher safe?+
Many are top-rack dishwasher safe, while some lids and bamboo parts are hand-wash only. Always check the care notes on the product page.
Do you sell to cafés, offices or rental properties?+
