These Terms of Service govern your use of candersonph.shop and any purchase you make from it. The site is operated by CHRIS ANDERSON PLUMBING AND HEATING LIMITED, registered in England and Wales under company number 05228824, registered office 2 Dovedale Avenue, Scarborough, North Yorkshire, YO12 6JX. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About us and what we sell

Candersonph is a consumer retail store selling coffee and tea counter homeware — drippers, servers, mugs, trays, canisters and small organisers. We sell physical goods only. We do not provide trade, installation, repair or maintenance services, and we do not sell consumable goods.

2. Orders and acceptance

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send order confirmation.
• We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.
• You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing and delivery details.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and include the product only; shipping is shown at checkout.
• Orders over $55 qualify for free standard shipping.
• Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers (such as Stripe and PayPal). We do not store full card details.
• Any import duties or taxes due on delivery outside the country of dispatch are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines, costs and tracking are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns and refunds

Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms and does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Product information

We describe materials, dimensions and care as accurately as we can. Colours of glazed and natural materials vary slightly between pieces and between screens. Glass and ceramic items are fragile; please follow the care and heat guidance on each product page.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All site content, including text and images, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.

8. Liability

We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable or that arise from misuse of a product.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
